This proposed apartment complex is sited along the attractive Fox River in growing downtown South Elgin. The 50 unit, 3 story  building is designed to provide for a developmentally disabled clientele as well as a moderate income component. While this community does not need constant care, 2 resident manager units are provided for on-site assistance as needed.
