This interior buildout for a large construction company involved total gutting of half of an existing office building, appx. 16,000sf or renovated office space. The new buildout reflects the strength and stability of this 100+ year old company as well as a modern, open and bright feel of the office space. Continuous transoms from the private offices bring light into the exposed ceiling, open office area, while offset “clouds” of gypsum board and wood slats articulate the space above.
